ReefGrazer is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What’s covered: mechanical and electronic components under normal, intended use.
What’s not covered: misuse, incorrect wiring or power, modification, impact damage, corrosion from submersion, water ingress into electronics, normal wear items, and cosmetic issues not affecting function.
Service: Email your order number, purchase date, photos/video, and shipping address to TWprintingservices@gmail.com. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Shipping: Customer pays inbound shipping; we cover return shipping on approved claims.
Limitations: Liability limited to repair, replacement, or refund of purchase price.
